at the same time. The other was from England (or Wales). John Blankenbaker,
who does the Germanna record for VA has done extensive research on both lines.
The German line is ours according to his research. The Wales Thomas line stayed
in VA or went on to KY. Ours went from PA to OH, to IL, as did a lot of the German
Thomas line. Bennett is most likely English. Gardiner is Scottish or Irish)
